broken air conditioning slow response
The location on the beach with palm trees is AMAZING!!! The grounds are beautiful and very green.
When I arrived, the air conditioning wasn't working. The toilet also was not flushing properly. I called the front desk, but they were slow to respond. Engineers came, but the problems persisted. I paid a lot for a room without these basic functions.
